The Heaven has eye, so does the Earth, and everyone has a pair of eyes.
The Heaven turns upside down, so does the Earth. Then comes the endless joy
Here the inscription mentions fairness,a thing that everyone should get. When the people get rid of ignorance, they can sharpen their eyes. To achieve all these objectives, a debate is in need.
The description of the Heaven and Earth turn upside down is similar to the “Uproar in Heaven" of the Monkey King. Therefore, the following sentence mentions the endlessly happy life, which means people’s happy life comes.
The following sentence uses the allusion of A Leisurely Tour, which means Dapeng (a great hawk) spreads its wings and flies to the Heaven. Only if the Monkey King has the same flying talents, it can reach the Heaven and turns it upside down.
The tablets appeared after the earthquake, so it is different from the Jinling Tower Tablet Inscription! Jia Baoyu is a spiritual stone which is sent to the mortal world by the Taoist priest. The same gose to Jinling Tower Tablet Inscription,which is ruined by Chiang Kai-shek (Jiang Jieshi), whose name can be deciphered into the word “tower”. So the Jinling Tower Tablet is in corresponding with A Dream of Red Mansions. On the other hand, The Monkey King came into being as the wind blows the spiritual stone, so it is the product of the “Heaven”. Shaanxi Taibai Liu Bowen Tablets is found after the earthquake, which is also a product of “heaven”. So it is the same as the Journey to the West and it continues the description of Jinling Tower Tablet.
The poor can survive 1,000 out of 10,000, while the rich can survive 20 or 30 out of 10,000. No matter rich or poor, if you don’t change your mind, then the death is not far away.
Others use money to explain the sentence, alas! If you can’t understand a thing, then you explain it, others may be confused by your explanation.
The poor can survive 1,000 out of 10,000 means that 1,0000 poor people turns into 1,000, which means 9,000 poor people get rid of the poverty.
the rich can survive 20 or 30 out of 10,000 means the rich can be turn into the poor, only the virtuous ones could keep their wealth.
Then here mentions the necessity to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, that is “to change your mind”. The death means the bully rich person, as the gap between the rich and poor will bring calamity for the evil-minded wealthy person.
There is no grains in the field, be careful of the uninhabited land. When will the plague erupt? Maybe in the September or October of the lunar year.
If there is no grains in the field, then shouldn’t the food come to the first place? If food ranks first, money becomes useless. If so, the farmers may return home and many factories have to shut down, then the rich will burden the heavy debts. (nobody refers that the farmers returning back).
The plague is unlikely to erupt or it will be not so severe. Here may means another things, maybe a infectious disease.
The paragraph describes the cold winter, so the “September” here refers to the month in lunar calendar. October may means the event that occurs in another period of time.
Kind people “could see it”, while the evil person could not witness it. To the kind people of the world, they shouldn’t have suffered the disaster.
What does the word “witness” mean?
“could see it” means the same opinion. It means the people are making efforts towards the communist society. Only in this way, it can corresponds to the above “everyone has a pair of eyes”. We can finally share the fairness. As for the evil person, they will be punished by the people.
The ten worries are within sight: 1.the state is in chaos; 2.poor people are starving to death; 3.HuGuang region suffers disasters; 4.wars occurs among different regions; 5. people are not in a peaceful world; 6.the winter is too cold to get through; 7. not enough food for the people; 8. not enough clothes for the people; 9. no one to bury the dead person; 10.it is hard to get through the year of boar and rat.
Worries means feeling afraid but doing nothing. It involves the law and order, which is similar to the inscriptions of Jinling Tower Tablet.
The character “worry” is made up of heart and heat, it coincides with the descriptions of Jinling Tower Tablet-- “killing people out of anger”. “within sight” means people are watching it, and finally “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth” to solve the problem.
No matter you are the strong Iron Buddha or common earthly people, only if you do good deeds and get through the 1st and 13th date of lunar July and the disastrous lunar year of dragon and snake, you can be called the “immortals”
“can be called the immortals” means the immortal art was very popular at that period of time.
The Buddhist “Obon Festival” is held on on July 15, means “correct the overhung”. So the disasters before are caused by “overhung”, which means call black white. The inscription states in the opening that the Heaven has eye, which means disasters occur when there are “overhung”things.
The kind could survive, means the support of the people. Evil person will be attacked by the people. So the change comes from man-made disasters.
A child will rise like the Hongwu Emperor. Siehuan will suffer more than the Hanzhong District. But the new leader will be like the lion and roars loudly. Then the rhino’s tail will be longer and people could encounter jungle beast on the plain ground. ( the rhino and beast forebode the rise of the new leader)
Child means the initial period. Hongwu Emperor used to be a monk.
The lion roar loudly like a thunder means the flourish of Dharma
The suffer of Siehuan may refers to the earthquake. Of course,as the Siehuan people leave their hometown to work outside, it maybe difficult for them to reconstruct their home.
Encounter the beast on the plain ground, the plain ground means the common people. In the end, all men are equal.
After the calamity, a new era comes, which is the so called “the new cycle of Jiazi”. (Jiazi is a traditional Chinese dating method, one Jiazi contains 60 years). If you ask why the people smiles? The answer is that the new government is more open and efficient, so people live a happier life.
Silver money is important, but we must get and use it properly. The following sentence contain the character riddles: seven people walk all along and are trapped in a cutout(refers to the character “Zhen”, means “True”); three points and one tick (refers to the character“Xin”,means “Heart”); the character “Ba”, “Wang” “Ershi” and “Kou” can be combined into the character “Shan”, which means “Kindness”. So the combination of “Zhen”, “Xin”, “Shan” can be translated into “true kindness from the bottom of heart”.
Everyone leads a happy and peaceful life. The society is one where kind people are respected and evil people are punished. To achieve the goal, we have to respect the nature and our seniors, make and use money in a proper way.
We can never know what will happen in the far future. Just like the communist course coincides with the “horn of the horse”described in the Jinling Tower Tablet. So ask our descendants whether the prophecy in the Shaanxi Taibai Liu Bowen Tablets is true or not.
The inscription tells us that we will have a bright future. But we have to deal with the “sadness”first. We can share the joy only if we get through all the difficulties. So we are supposed to work as one and remove all the obstacles of our communist course. Make preparations to achieve our communist ideal!
Silver money can not be used means we don’t have it any more. At that time, we have different measures for wealthy. So even if the evil person has plenty of money, it is useless. If the world is not peaceful, the ground will ripen and the landlord will be buried. If the world is peaceful, the ground will also ripen and the evil ones will go to hell. All these refer to the immortal things.
Three points and one tick refers to the character“Xin”,means “Heart”. The character “Ba”, “Wang” ,“Ershi”and “Kou”can be combined into the character “Tian”, which means “Land”. Combined with the description “ seven people walk all along and are trapped in a cutout”(refers to “Qiu”in character, means “Prison”). The characters “Xin”,“Tian”and “Qiu”means if the society is stable, we can grow crops. If the society is not stable, we will be trapped by the land, which means we have no time for growing crops, then we can’t get food even if we have money. At that time, there will be no new landlord, in fact, there will be no landlord at all. “the character ‘Zhu’ is on top of the land, and people thank the immortals for it” means the character “land” and there is a crucifix amid it.
Seven people walk all along is similar to the description of “Seven-Buddha”， which means lead the way to Buddha.
The “Zhu” in the inscriptions of the Taibai Mountain refers to Taoism philosopher Lao Tz. Here, his ideal of “keeping the country small and population sparse”is achieved.

Have a general look at the modern western prophecies, which mainly points to meteorites, earthquakes and floods.
The meteorites travel through time and space coincides with Monkey King’s legend. (originated from a spiritual stone and comes from Pangu Era ).
Earthquake is the sound of thunder, the land subsidence (the voice of the people). After the birth of Monkey King, it is called the Thunder God.
Floods is linked to Monkey King’s Key Stand, borrowed from East China Sea Dragon King. Which is also used by Dayu when he tames the flood.
Regardless of its mythological color, Journey to the West is a book about uproar the Heaven and beat the monsters. (the Book of Revelations actually describes the same thing).
The family name “Chen” can be divided into “Dong” and “Shisan”, which means Dongfang Shisan. Xuan Zang’s family name is Chen but he doesn’t use it. My family name is also Chen, but as my ancestors change the family name for certain reasons, I also give up my original family name.
In the old Chinese, the character “Chen”contains the the part “Shen”, which corresponds with the Monkey King. (In the lunar calendar, the years are designated by the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches. “Chen” is one of the Stems, which corresponds with the lunar year of “Monkey”in the Earthly Branches).
The white horse in the Book of Revelations actually refers the horse that possesses a horn, which is combined with Marxism. The revival of the dragon and the mark of the monster are actually the relics of dragons founded by the archaeologists. The mark of the monster (in Chinese, the “monster” has the same pronunciation with “professor”), so we have to be recognized by the professor to obtain a diploma. Is it not the truth? So we have to fight with them.

Then what is the final result of these small states when they split from Rome? As is described in the Prophecy, the 『stone』which presents the Second Advent will smote the image upon his feet and end the guilty world. Then the immortal world will be established. In the Prophecy, 『Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.』（2:34-35）. But Daniel explains 『And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. For as much as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.』（2:44-45）.
The 『stone』in the Prophecy refers to the Son and his kingdom (Danie 7:44,13,14. Luke 19:22,27). 『a stone was cut out without hands』means that the kingdom of Jesus Christ doesn’t belong the Earth,but belongs to Heaven. It is not established by men or in the form of war. It is achieved through Jesus’s preach and repent (John 18:36. Matthew 4:17). The stone smote the image upon his feet means that Second Advent occurs in the era of the “feet and toe”, smashing the sinners and bringing the righteous to the Heaven.
For instance, the Isaiah describes: 『For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many. They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.』（Isaiah 66:15-17）。
Apostle Paul also points:『when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe』(2 Thessalonians 1:7-10). Then Paul points that the wicked shall be 『consumed』by the Lord with the 『spirit in his mouth』and be 『destroyed』with the 『brightness of his coming』. (2 Thessalonians 2:8, also refers to: 2 Peter 3:9-15. Revelation 19:11-21. 2:7. Psalms 2:8,9. Isaiah 34:1-4. Revelation 14:14-20.19:15. Jeremiah 25:30-38. Isaiah 13:6-9. Zephaniah 1:14-18,2-3 )
When the wicked is consumed, the righteous shall be promoted into the Heaven, as Paul describes: 『For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.(1 Thessalonians 4:16,17. Philippians 3:20. John 14:1-3）.
The stone 『turn into a mountain』(mountain means the kingdom: Revelation 17:9,10. Jeremiah 51:25.), 『充满天下』 refers that after the Millennium, the Christ appeared the third time with the company of Saint and Cure Holy and destroy Satan, evil spirits as well as the sinners forever. Then the world will be recreated, the holy throne of God and Christ will be erected. The kingdom represented by the mountain shall last forever! ( (Joshua 14:4-6. Revelation 20:7-21:1)
